Sharing sensitive information with your VA.
Getting Set Up
- Call your VA - To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, simply have your VA collect your information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe. At Webcenture, we are committed to the security of your account!
- Bank-grade security in the cloud - Your sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud.
How it Works
- Secure access - Your VA will only access your sensitive data when you send in a request that requires it, such as credit card purchases or logging into an online account.
Our thorough hiring and screening process includes state and national background checks and social identity verification. Each VA signs an iron-clad confidentiality agreement with Webcenture to protect the privacy of every client. We believe that the cornerstone to any successful relationship is trust—this is why we take security and discretion so seriously and ensure that each VA knows how to properly store and handle their clients' sensitive data.
For your safety we require written confirmation on all purchases over $500 and we restrict purchases over $3000 USD. This means if you need your VA to purchase a flight for over $500 they will first have to send back a summary of the purchase. Once VAs receive confirmation of this summary (this can be as simple as "okay") they can then make the purchase. We realize this may slightly lengthen the booking process, but we do so to protect you from small oversights that can lead to costly mistakes.
