By accessing or using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the Website or its services. Webcenture serves the right to modify, update, or cancel this agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. Any new services or plans become effective upon posting on our Website.

1. Service Guarantee

All services purchased are performed with professional care, skill, and expertise. Tasks may be delegated to qualified staff at the contractor’s discretion.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you can legally enter into a binding contract and comply with these Terms. Users must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). Certain requests may have age restrictions. Webcenture may require proof of identity; failure to provide it may result in denied access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Webcenture and its licensors own all intellectual property on the Website unless otherwise stated. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, republishing, or exploitation is prohibited.

4. Independent Contractor

Virtual assistants and contractors are independent. No employee benefits such as vacation, sick leave, or retirement benefits apply.

5. License to Use Website

Website content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Restrictions

You may not engage in illegal, harmful, or malicious activities, including data mining or unauthorized data collection.

7. Information Privacy

Clients provide basic information to open accounts. Payment details are used solely for transactions and are handled securely. Deleted data is not stored.

8. Acceptable Account Usage

Account holders are responsible for all activities under their accounts and must safeguard login credentials. Specialized plans include additional Terms that users must follow.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients direct their virtual assistants (VAs) and are responsible for all actions, account access, and use of content or materials provided.

10. Client Payments

Payments must be made in advance. Plans renew automatically unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the contractor.

11. Prohibited Usage

Services may not be used for illegal, unethical, or immoral activities, including fraudulent offers, unauthorized access, or objectionable content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Webcenture is not liable for any issues arising from your use of the Website or services. Unauthorized use, automated systems, or breaches of system security are prohibited. Webcenture may suspend or terminate access for violations. Users are responsible for interactions with other users.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential information private and not use it for personal gain.

14. Non-Disclosure

Webcenture will not disclose Client confidential information, including customer lists, financial data, business plans, intellectual property, or other sensitive information, during or after this agreement.

15. Non-Solicitation

Clients may not recruit or solicit the Contractor’s staff. Breach incurs $8500 in liquidated damages, payable within five days of notice, without the need to prove actual loss.

16. External Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. Webcenture is not responsible for content on these sites.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Information on the Website is for general purposes only. Webcenture provides no warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability and is not liable for any resulting loss or damage.

18. Refund Policy

Cancellations apply to future billing periods. Refunds require a 10-day notice and may incur a 28% handling fee. Unused hours roll over; services purchased on behalf of clients are non-refundable. Certain plans and free trials have specific conditions.

19. Free Trial and Discount Offers

Free trials last 3 days with a non-refundable $16 account setup fee. Trial tasks exclude certain specialized services. Clients must notify Webcenture at least 2 days before trial expiration to avoid automatic subscription charges. Feedback is required for cancellations. Multiple trial sign-ups are prohibited.

20. Alias Name Usage

Virtual assistants use alias names to protect personal information. Direct contact with VAs outside Webcenture is prohibited and incurs a $5000 penalty.

21. Client Compensation and Appreciation

Clients may tip VAs via the Webcenture portal or send material gifts to our office. Equity, company stakes, or other business-affecting bonuses are prohibited.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Maharashtra state and federal courts.

23. Privacy Policy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

24. Termination

Webcenture may suspend or discontinue services without notice. Refunds are issued only for interruptions lasting more than 5 business days, at our discretion. Certain clauses survive termination, including Proprietary Rights, Confidentiality, and Limitation of Liability.

25. Cancellation/Unsubscription

Clients may cancel subscriptions via the Dashboard. No refunds apply for charges incurred before cancellation or failure to cancel before the next billing date.

26. Proprietary Rights

All content, software, and materials are owned by Webcenture. Submitted ideas become the property of Webcenture and may be used without additional compensation.

27. User Account

Users are responsible for account security. Providing false information may result in account termination.

28. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

Materials submitted may be used by Webcenture without restriction.

29. Cookies

The Website uses cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

30. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Webcenture.
